Join Alana for a gentle morning yoga flow designed to wake up the body and mind, with a focus on embracing the change in season.

Afterwards, you’ll have space to wander and explore the venue’s beautiful gardens and woodlands before being served a fresh, delicious plant-based brunch.

Things to remember

The yoga practice will offer variations for all bodies and abilities, but do let us know if you have any particular injuries or concerns.

Please bring a yoga mat, and a journal & pen.

You're also welcome to bring a cushion and blanket to aid your relaxation.
