What happens at this event?

Book any block of seasonal sessions to make each one only £15, or drop in to individual sessions for £20 each.

In Ayurveda, Sattva is one of three energetic qualities called gunas. It represents harmony, bliss, wisdom, creativity, and tranquillity. Qualities we could all do with a bit more of in our lives.

Things to remember

Make sure you wear comfy clothes for sitting and moving in! You can arrive up to 5 minutes early to come in and settle down with a herbal tea. Bring with you:

  • A yoga mat
  • A notepad and pen
  • Optionally, a blanket and cosy socks for our relaxation

You can book at the start of the term or at anytime during, with pro rata pricing automatically set

Trial Sessions

Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.

Flexibility in your hands

It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!

Alana's Sattvic Space workshop on digestion was so insightful, relaxing and felt like a warm hug! I couldn't recommend these sessions enough, she knows her stuff, and can't wait to attend more <3
