Vision boarding has personally helped me navigate a year of grief and unexpected loss with a sense of direction and purpose. My 2024 vision board helped me dream of a bigger, more joyful picture even when life felt heavy. 

You'll be so thankful for taking the time to yourself to complete this practice. Hanging your board with pride, somewhere you see it every day, will subconsciously direct you towards bringing your dreams to life!

**Book any block of seasonal sessions to make each one only £15, or drop in to individual sessions for £20 each.** 

*In Ayurveda, Sattva is one of three energetic qualities called gunas. It represents harmony, bliss, wisdom, creativity, and tranquillity. Qualities we could all do with a bit more of in our lives. *

Once a month, treat yourself to a time out. 2 hours of peace, away from the noise of life. These regular monthly meet ups are for checking in on yourself, reflecting on what feels good and noticing where you could be treating yourself more kindly. We'll be sitting down with a herbal tea and discussing seasonally relevant wellness practices you can implement into your life right away. Following this, we'll practice a gentle but dynamic yoga flow with a long, guided relaxation to help you unwind. 

Leave feeling lighter and more blissful. A little bit of learning for the mind, and a lot of nourishment for the body and soul.

The majority of these sessions will be run by Alana, incorporating her Ayurvedic wisdom and intuitive yoga teaching style. Some sessions will be run by guest teachers with different expertise, giving you the opportunity to expand your wellness practices into new areas.
