**What is a kitchari cleanse?**

A kitchari cleanse maximizes your body’s ability to flush nasty toxins out of your system, and transition between seasons with more ease. This will help us move into a new season with a clear mind, boosted energy levels, glowing complexion, regulated digestive system, and powerful immunity.

This is not a fast, but rather a nourishing 7-day program where we primarily eat a specialty Ayurvedic dish, kitchari, which has detoxifying qualities. Alongside the detox diet, we will incorporate self-care practices that encourage your body to stimulate your lymphatic system and flush toxins.

**Who is it for?**

You may be feeling a little uncomfortable in your body or over-stimulated in your mind. You might be experiencing symptoms like brain fog, sluggishness, weight-gain, or bloating and digestive issues.

Essentially, this cleanse is for anyone. It is suitable for all ages, body types, and lifestyles. You will need to invest some time and energy into the week to get the best results, but you will be fully supported and guided throughout.
